JOB DESCRIPTION

This role provides an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in corporate learning and development initiatives while contributing to the professional growth of our employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Typical responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, planning, and execution of training programs and workshops.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and materials preparation.
• Support the development of training content, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Maintain and update training records and databases.
• Help in conducting post-training evaluations and analyzing feedback to improve program effectiveness.
• Assist in employee onboarding sessions and orientation programs.
• Research best practices and propose new ideas for training improvement.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors for training needs.

Expected:

• Bachelor's degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Eligible for COOP training as per university requirements.
• Strong interest in training, learning, and people development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
