IS Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

The IS Design and Build Manager is the main accountable chief for the development of new Hosting infrastructural solutions and key intersection point between demand and run. Your responsibilities Be accountable for developing and implementing IS infrastructural solutions, ensuring integrity, quality and compliance with enterprise and architectural standards Lead and supervise a global, multinational hosting design and build organization composed of Solution Architects and Project Managers that either plan, build or support IS solutioning, coming from Business or Support-Function demands Support to develop and implement tactical plans to facilitate and coordinate the delivery of infrastructure services. Assure the build team is contributing proactively to IS Problem and IS Incident Management in supporting issue resolution during project delivery to avoid delays or any other form of negative impact to a project or service

Qualifications for the role

• Master's Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar
• Fluent spoken and written English
• ITIL 4 foundation certification required
• Project Management and IS infrastructural architecture certification preferred
• Proven track record of technical background in infrastructural design, development and cloud implementation
• Ability to manage a department of technical infrastructure experts, project managers and manage external vendors
• Ability to find the best solution for implementing business requirement.
• Strong communication skills, flexibility and adaptability
• Enthusiasm for continuously improving the IS experience, making it more enjoyable and productive for consumers
