IS Hosting Service Manager
Your role and responsibilities
Manage and support IT services across workspace tech, GSM lines, inventory, and infrastructure, Define and maintain IT processes, documentation, KPIs, and ensure SLA compliance, Monitor service performance, generate reports/dashboards, and drive improvements, Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to solve issues and enhance service quality, Support audits, ensure process governance, and optimize workflows through automation.

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment,
- A passion to learn and keep up with the latest technologies,
- Open-minded, self-learner and flexible for change,
- Hard working, proactive,organizational and having multitasking skill,
- No restiriction to travel,
- Driving license (class B)
- Benefits for the Role:
- Experience in IT support, service operations, or managed services,
- Strong process mindset (ITIL/ITSM familiarity preferred),
- Knowledge of infrastructure, GSM, and asset management,
- Solid reporting, documentation, and communication skills,
- Experience in service monitoring, reporting, and KPI tracking,
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills,
- Hands-on experience with service management tools. (e.g., ServiceNow)
