This position reports to

Procurement Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, maintain, and improve transport/documentation processes. Each day, you will ensure goods are received and shipped while meeting quality, legal, and cost parameters. You will also showcase your expertise by optimizing inbound and/or outbound processes and delivery of goods to external and internal clients. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the NEMA Motors division in Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, Jalisco. You will be mainly accountable for: • Planning, executing, and monitoring transport-related activities within a local unit, ensuring high-quality transport operations. • Generating the required transportation documentation and ensuring completeness of documentation. • Managing operational relationships with transport suppliers and implementing all transportation-related plans and processes. • Validating transportation invoices and ensuring proper allocation and visibility of expenses.

Qualifications for the role

• At least 1+ year of experience related
• Bachelor's degree in International Trade or International Business
• Knowledge and experience with logistics operations in customs regulations and trade compliance
• Basic understanding of finance and accounts payable management
• Proficiency in material planning
• Advanced English communications skills
• SAP management as desirable
