In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Establish and document new and existing processes or processes modifications.
• Provide user training to Customer Care team.
• Lead or participate in testing of ERP system based on changes made to the business process.
• Analyze data and work with Customer Care Supervisors and Team Leaders to spearhead process improvement initiatives that helps meet business objectives.
• Recognized as subject matter expert in business processes, systems, and tools.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Commercial Management, or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management and Business Analysis.
• Proven process improvement experiences.
• Knowledge in Business System tools such as Oracle, CRM, and other applicable tools.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience in people management is a plus.
