In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Behave ethically in all business dealings. Ensure all Emerson ethics policies and processes are embedded in day-to-day business.
- Ensure that all transactions are accurately screened and recorded in accordance with the company's Trade Compliance procedures and to bring up any concerns or questions to the local Gatekeeper.
- Place PO, perform PO date management
- Follow-up deliveries, vendor performance and development (PDSL/RDSL)
- Build good relations with our suppliers - Purchase team are Roxar's point of contact towards suppliers.
- Negotiate Prices
- Approve invoices according to PO
- Work invoice holds with AP
- Call out shortages
- Keep PM and planning advised about updates
- SME for Oracle Purchasing module
- Complete Enovia tasks for Item attributes in Oracle item Master

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing.
- Proficiency in English language both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate in Norwegian is beneficial
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Ability to handle several tasks and balance multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills;
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (if required) to visit suppliers
