Service Business Process Manager
Your role and responsibilities
Taking on this position as an Application Support Specialist you will be an integral part of the business Robotics Customer Service Global Operations ensuring system availability and reliability to ensure daily operation, meet the organization's goals and customers' needs. You will be mainly accountable for: • Provide application support to business and super users. • Error reporting and follow-up. • Create Business Requirements. • Overseeing development requirements. • Testing of bug fixes and new functionalities. • Set-up and maintenance of internal customers in system. • Update and maintenance of order management data. • Provide training, create, maintain guidelines and documentation. • Participate in projects, work with requirements and development specifications. • Super User support for other systems and applications. • Close collaboration with business and development teams. • Regular information and communication to business and stakeholders.

Qualifications for the role
- Technical degree within IS or 2 - 3 years of work experience within similar fields.
- Experience with ABB sales/order systems is a plus.
- Good ERP knowledge and IS/IT experience in global companies.
- Team player, customer focus, self-driven, result-oriented and being able to see the whole picture.
- Flexible and ability to prioritize between tasks.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
