This Position reports to:
Field Service Manager

Your Role: Own the Challenge

• Lead large-scale technical projects from order intake to the end of the warranty period, ensuring quality, budget, and deadlines are met.
• Plan and coordinate the work of internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Manage administrative and regulatory aspects, including permits, safety, site access, and HSE compliance.
• Oversee on-site operations, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track financial performance: procurement, invoicing, budget updates, and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in technical project management, ideally in electrical engineering, electrotechnics, or medium voltage systems.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, team coordination, regulatory compliance, and financial tracking.
• Professional English (written, spoken, and read).
• A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement.
