As a General Operative you are responsible for supplying assistance to all trade's men.

Key Responsibilities:

To carry out firewatch/Standby duties

To operate overhead crane in a safe manner

To drive forklift truck/MEWP in a safe manner

To operate the site Automate

To maintain the departments air fed hoods to correct standards

To monitor and record HAVS on departments tools

To undertake general driving duties around site

To undertake basic slinging activities

To assist with holiday cover on Silo off loading

Provide general cleaning as per work requirements

Set up equipment for trade use

To assist trades men with their duties

Ensuring good working practices to optimize time on the workface

Adhere to Policies and Procedures as per AIMS/Client procedures

Communicate daily with site management and keep them fully informed of all issues

Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a semi-skilled operative

To be willing to undergo CTC clearance if not already CTC cleared

To be willing to travel to site if not local
