Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Identify and engage qualified leads through outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Build and maintain a pipeline using CRM tools
- Develop and execute campaigns to attract prospects in target industries
- Track performance and optimize outreach based on results
Marketing & Social Media
- Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) with regular, professional content
- Support branding consistency across all digital channels
- Coordinate email marketing and newsletter campaigns
Sales Support
- Qualify inbound inquiries and coordinate with the founder or technical team for follow-ups
- Occasionally join sales calls to support lead nurturing
- Gather market insights to inform outreach strategies
Market Expansion
- Research and recommend tactics to enter new verticals (e.g., biotech, food processing)
- Assist in creating marketing collateral tailored to new customer segments
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or digital marketing
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Experience managing business social media accounts and content creation
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Background in manufacturing or technical products (preferred, not required)
