We're seeking a Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist to help revamp our outreach strategy and drive new business opportunities across emerging verticals like food processing and biotech.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, high-impact role for a proactive and creative marketer with a focus on B2B lead generation. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing social media, and executing digital marketing campaigns. Your work will directly influence our sales pipeline and help drive revenue growth in both core and new markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation
  • Identify and engage qualified leads through outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a pipeline using CRM tools
  • Develop and execute campaigns to attract prospects in target industries
  • Track performance and optimize outreach based on results

Marketing & Social Media
  • Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) with regular, professional content
  • Support branding consistency across all digital channels
  • Coordinate email marketing and newsletter campaigns

Sales Support
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and coordinate with the founder or technical team for follow-ups
  • Occasionally join sales calls to support lead nurturing
  • Gather market insights to inform outreach strategies

Market Expansion
  • Research and recommend tactics to enter new verticals (e.g., biotech, food processing)
  • Assist in creating marketing collateral tailored to new customer segments

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or digital marketing
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
  • Experience managing business social media accounts and content creation
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Background in manufacturing or technical products (preferred, not required)
