Your role and responsibilities
Overview: We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team. This professional will be responsible for managing all stages of the product, system, or service lifecycle, including development, launch, pricing, and profitability. The goal is to support sales and marketing, maintain products in line with pricing and demand, and increase market share and company profitability. Responsibilities: Support the Sales team through planning, controlling, and prioritizing the resources of the product team (Technicians, Analysts, and Engineers), as well as conducting market analysis (product, place, price, people, and services) to gain competitive ground and monitor product lifecycle. Ensure product profitability and lifecycle by defining pricing strategies aligned with market positioning. Monitor inventory levels and sales volumes to ensure the ability to meet customer demand. Support the development and communication of the marketing plan by coordinating market studies and research, and presenting local technical demands to the global team. Propose and evaluate the feasibility of new products in partnership with the R&D department. Define portfolio, volumes, and pricing for the national market, aligned with headquarters' guidelines, considering technical, logistical, tax, and import aspects. Coordinate product-related projects, promoting best market practices and ensuring satisfaction of both internal and external customers. Represent the country technically to the global team, presenting study results, research, and local demands to ensure commercial goals and brand expansion.

Qualifications for the role
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. MBA in People Management is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience with low-voltage drives or automation systems (PLC, DCS).
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial markets such as pulp and paper, food and beverage, water and sanitation, metallurgy, chemicals and oil & gas, mining, among others.
- Experience: Previous experience in technical-commercial product promotion.
- Team management experience is desirable.
- Language: Fluent English is required for conversation.
