Your role and responsibilities
1. Develop customers/accounts in electrical heating applications to achieve ABB power contoller product sales target in order, revenue and profitability. 2. Create, plan and make sure implementation of local go-to-market product marketing strategy of ABB Power controller product in electrical heating applications, including product vale propositions, product positioning, pricing in China 3. Analyze China power controller market and identify customer needs to support product development 4. Collaborate with local and global teams to deliver pre/post-sales support in both technical and commercial

Your role and responsibilities
1. Develop customers/accounts in electrical heating applications to achieve ABB power contoller product sales target in order, revenue and profitability. 2. Create, plan and make sure implementation of local go-to-market product marketing strategy of ABB Power controller product in electrical heating applications, including product vale propositions, product positioning, pricing in China 3. Qualifications for the role
- 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related area.
- 2. 3+ years of sales & marketing experience in power controller product or electrical heating application, longer experience in this area is a strong plus.
- 3. Strong knowledge of power controller solution; familiarity with key clients and players. Experience in market-leading power controller products is highly valued.
- 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- 5. Fluent in English, able to handle English technical and marketing documentation and communicate with global teams.
- 6. Willingness to travel, positive attitude and a team player.
