This position reports to
Sales Support Manager
Your role and responsibilities
Overview: Prepare technical and commercial proposals by conducting internal cost assessments related to medium-complexity instrumentation and analytics products and systems. Responsibilities: Ensure the preparation of the technical and financial aspects of the proposal, indicating prices and negotiation terms, as well as suggesting the most suitable alternatives to contribute to the competitiveness and feasibility of the business. Present the project to the internal management and project engineering teams to enable cost estimation and forecast the appropriate team, quantifying engineering and commissioning hours as defined by the operations team. Define the most appropriate technology and type(s) of product to be used based on application characteristics and configure them according to commercial needs and required quality metrics. When necessary, seek support from Application Engineering - Specialists. Analyze and evaluate general administrative, technical, and risk-related issues. Ensure that all components of the proposal are addressed and analyze supplier scope interfaces, coordinating the first technical visit to gather information, as well as obtaining cost data for relevant items from internal departments. Prepare the general presentation required for the client during the technical proposal presentation meeting, in collaboration with the Salesperson/Sales Manager.

Qualifications for the role
- Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering.
- Required: Previous experience in preparing commercial proposals for the industry.
- Required: Basic knowledge of instrumentation and analytics.
- Desirable: Advanced English.
