This position reports to
Sales Support Manager
Your role and responsibilities
-Supply technical support for global marketing and sales organization, which including but not limited to offer competitive technical solutions, suggest alternative solutions ,quote the price on special design, etc. -Work together with other functions like R&D,AME, etc. to investigate/develop possible solutions on tricky/very demanding issues from customer side. -Develop and implement technical training for employees and sales organization if needed, help the whole organization competence ramp up. -Work in global environment with worldwide customers and colleagues. -Offer necessary technical support for factory order fulfillment.

Your role and responsibilities

Qualifications for the role
- -Bachelor or above degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related major
- -Over 5 years working experience in electrical machine technical support.
- -Certain knowledge on frequency converter and experience on complete set work for motors and frequency converter are a plus.
- -Be good at communication, full of enthusiasm, and like challenging.
- -Fluent English ( oral and written)
- -Willing to work with different cultures.
