Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Field service engineer organization and customers. Each day, you will showcase your expertise by coordinating, planning, scheduling and overseeing all service jobs. The work model for the role is: Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion Service Business Area. You will be mainly accountable for: • Service orders and workshop customer quotations • Coordinate, plan, schedule and oversee all service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts, field services and logistics bookings for site and order monitor same from admin teams • Processing of orders in accordance with new audit rules and processes • Tracking delivery dates with Finland and respective local and global factory and feedback to customers • Handling customer enquiries, complaints and resolutions - working with and coping with the local supply chain set up • Handling band loading of costing calculation sheets with field service engineers • Booking of Field service engineers travel requisitions • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customer. Manage customer requirements • Ensure admin team monitoring, forecasting and feedback to management in official meetings. • Manage the Service order process in a timely manner from quotation to invoicing and continuously drive debtors' collection KPI's. • Comply with new controlling processes due to audit rules and findings • Ensure admin team monitoring, forecasting and feedback to management in official meetings.

Qualifications for the role

  • Must be 5 years> in a service role, doing customer support/sales coordination role
  • Working experience and knowledge on SAP essential and highly desired
  • Matric essential, related Degree or diploma is desired
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in business writing
  • Dynamic and High Energetic individual capable of working in fastmoving service business
