This position reports to

Service Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Ensures successful implementation of the service sales strategy of low voltage apparatus for China market, to profitably achieve qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES CORE RESPONSIBILITIES • Creates, plans, and implements service sales strategy of low voltage apparatus by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database and sales partners. • Promotes value add service product offerings supporting LCM. • Achieves service sales volume by ensuring the team sells the assigned service portfolio. • Works with local division channel management team on developing, onboarding and managing the sales partners to increase the market coverage and expand to the third party market • Participates in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume. • Ensures setting, periodic-reviewing, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed. • Evaluates and shares relevant information on IB data, sales leads, customers and competitors' solutions, and marketing trends with the team. • Establishes long-term relationships with key customers and decision makers by understanding their requirements and relevant regulations and by exhibiting high level of expertise in technical solutions and products. • Ensures customer satisfaction issues are registered and responded to by the team. • Supports the team by participating in sales activities when needed. • Responsible for feedback on sales development, distribution of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status. • Monitors client's financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams. • Leads and develops the team members to exceed the sales targets through high-performance and to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bacholar degree (or above) in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechnical or releted majors
  • 8-10 years working experience, and at least 3 years experience of sales team management or product management in low voltage apparatus field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Strong data management/analytical skill and financial skills
  • Strong problem-solving skill
  • Regulation and legal compliance
