CONRACTING & PROCUMENT ROLE - CP Analyst - Data
What's the role?
The Contracting and Procurement Analyst - Data position will be accountable for the E2E operational data set-up, supplier qualification, and continuous improvement opportunities for a particular business. This position will interface with multiple stakeholders across CP Operations, Supply Chain (SC) or CP-in-Business and across the e2e natural partners outside SC/CP e.g. IT, Accounts Payable etc.

What you'll be doing
- Deliver daily operations brilliantly with discipline and simplicity and driving continuous improvement thru research and data analysis
- Provide a positive support experience to Shell employees assuming the role of a trusted advisor on card program application issues
- Contribute in creating a team environment of learning, experimentation, and support where each member take on a persona of solution finders when confronted with challenges exhibiting positivity and resourcefulness
- Co-create compelling development plans with your line manager by maximizing in-role development opportunities. In addition, you will also be involved in business change projects and managing business partner relationships within Shell and with external banking partners.
- Execute project tasks efficiently and effectively and proactively surfacing risks to trigger timely mitigations
- Exhibit a one-team mindset between Shell and banking partners to deliver an effortless experience to the Shell employees
What you bring
- Any Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Mandarin (Read, write and speak)

What's the role?

What you'll be doing
- Partner with frontline CP, Suppliers, functional teams and other CP Data Operational teams to ensure business requirements are met within target timelines
- Ensure Data Quality (Right First time, Data is Trusted) in place
- Ensure operationalisation of data designs that can eliminate waste, transform towards right-first time and strong data quality. Ensure disciplined daily execution of operational data processes across e2e CP to enable improvement and optimisation of supply chains and thus contributing to RDS targets for improved cost and delivery
- Supports root cause analysis, exceptions reporting and engages in operational reviews meeting with CP Leads to jointly prioritise , resolve and perform better as an E2E unit together with CP Leads
- Ensure that Controls are consistently maintained and risks are mitigated
- Identify areas for improvement, including root cause analysis, exceptions identification and ideas for improvement and play active leadership role in improvement projects
What you bring
- Any Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Mandarin (Read, write and speak)
- Experience across Data and familiarity with CP is preferred
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
