We are currently seeking a Handover & Completion Manager I, to join our team based in Barcelona.

About the opportunity we offer:
• Manage each system handover activity on each responsible area in accordance with agreed schedule.
• Monitor and coordinate walk-down schedule at Construction completion phase and at PCC completion phase, then collect all internal punch
items
• Confirm identification of category of punch items as discipline-wise for distribution.
• Coordinate and expedite clearing all punch items
About you:

• Technical Diploma or Bachelor Degree
• 1Advanced experience on construction site (in completion or
construction or PCC)
• Deep understanding of Construction & PCC processes
• Confirmed Management & Leadership Skills
• Confirmed Interpersonal and influential skills
• Fluency in English
