We are looking to recruit a Piping Supervisor for a major pharma construction project close to Frankfurt.

Responsibilities

• Supervise piping installation crews and coordinate with other disciplines
• Review and interpret isometric drawings, P&IDs, and specifications
• Ensure accurate installation of process piping systems including stainless steel, high-purity, and utility piping
• Verify material certifications and ensure proper material traceability
• Coordinate hydrostatic testing, flushing, and system handover activities
• Conduct daily inspections and quality checks of piping installations
• Manage punch list items and resolve field installation issues
• Enforce safety standards and participate in risk assessments
• Track piping installation progress against schedule
• Coordinate with QA/QC for documentation and verification activities
• Support commissioning and qualification activities

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in mechanical engineering, piping, or similar field
• 8+ years of piping supervision experience in pharmaceutical or similar regulated industries
• Thorough knowledge of piping codes, standards, and GMP requirements
• Experience with high-purity piping systems, orbital welding, and sanitary connections
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometrics, and technical specifications
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing installation teams
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Working knowledge of German and fluent English
• EU work authorization or Blue Card eligibility preferred
