The Role:

Our team of Account Managers and Project Managers are responsible for the delivery of multi-discipline projects ranging from working with local communities to create an engaging branded campaign that communicates proposed plans in their area, to a gamified e-learning experience for the Ministry of Defence.

We currently work with clients such as Transport for London, East West Rail, Ministry of Defence, Highways England, Environment Agency, Thames Water, EDF Energy, Faithful and Gould and our own global internal communications.

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Senior Digital Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing digital projects, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Experience within a creative/digital/virtual event environment.
  • Lead and manage digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Projects should also meet our exceptional standards, in line with the agreed project proposal.
  • Managing multi-discipline projects from the initial stages through to final delivery, with a focus on digital.
  • Being a pro-active leader of the Creative Design team, especially within the London-based office by advocating for best-in-class delivery, client experience, and by harnessing 'process champion' role.
  • Identifying client opportunities or investment tasks to enhance the Creative Design offering within projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations - able to form strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure project goals are met.
  • Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to ensure project success. Overseeing and managing risk on project budgets, quality and timelines.
  • Ensuring we're delivering high-quality projects that add real added value.
  • Ensure project close-outs are undertaken for all relevant projects, and that learnings are shared with the broader PM team.
  • Working with the PM team to continuously assess working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Possess a creative flair and innovative approach to projects.Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Line manages junior-mid weight team members, mentoring them to develop confidence and skill sets. Present an update on their development plans to the Lead PM on a regular basis.

Skills:
  • Previous experience in digital project management at a senior level, preferably within a creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital development and design processes and able to lead client meetings, both virtually and in person, to create confidence around project delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Team management and collaboration.
  • Project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Calm and reliable leader who can back-up decision making with solid rationale.
  • Agency experience with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Project Management software and tools.
