Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and customers throughout the sales process by adapting ABB's products with customer applications to meet their requirements/specifications. Each day, you will select optimized products and technology for adaptation, prepare relevant documentation, and serve as a key technical resource for the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities by proactively prospecting, networking. The work model for the role is: #hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification in Jakarta. You will be mainly accountable for: • Developing and implementing solutions, product packages, and software applications with your team. • Understanding customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicating the ability of ABB's solutions to address those needs. • Coordinating the product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of ABB's solutions. • Supporting in preparing sales proposals and negotiating contracts to secure new businesses.

Qualifications for the role
- Strong technical and automation background in relevant engineering disciplines (Electrical, Electronics) with minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven project management skills, including experience managing customer implementations and technical projects
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer sites
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Sound understanding of tender specifications and cost estimation practices
- Proficiency in Electrical CAD design, including Single Line Diagrams (SLD), main circuit diagrams, and control schematics with practical experience with ETAP for electrical system analysis and design
