Job Description:

We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team in the renewable energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract negotiation, drafting, and administration to support our projects in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead contract negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Draft and review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Manage contract administration, including tracking key milestones, deliverables, and payments
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters
• Identify and mitigate contract risks to protect the company's interests
• Collaborate with legal counsel to resolve contract disputes and claims

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field
• Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the renewable energy industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of contract law and regulations in Australia
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office suite
