Marketing & Sales Manager
The Regional Pricing Manager is part of the global BL Industries Pricing Management and Excellence organization with the primary role to partner with the local Industries business lines leadership and teams to define and execute effective pricing strategies and tactics in a variety of markets and segments.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide strategic pricing guidance and support to countries and business lines in developing and implementing effective pricing policies, including indirect channel pricing and strategic price plans.
- Contribute to the global RAIN pricing excellence vision, leading initiatives such as PIM implementation and aligning local strategies with global objectives.
- Drive data-based decision making through price performance reviews, deal analysis, and pricing metric insights to support forecasting and value-based pricing strategies.
- Serve as the go-to expert for pricing topics, promoting consistent pricing behaviors and ensuring alignment across global and regional stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in price management, ideally in B2B environments within Robotics or similar industries, with a strong track record of driving impact.
- Expertise in advanced pricing methods and tools, with the ability to navigate complex, global organizational structures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders across functions and geographies.
