Global Value Chain Excellence Specialist
Your role and responsibilities
In this position you will be part of the Global Continuous Improvement and Global Digital Operations teams. You will be an active part of the decision and execution of the digital strategy of ELSB. One of the key assignments is to lead the project management of a global implementation happening in more than 30 locations across the world and creating solutions for the business needs to help them execute data-driven decisions. Another important part of the position will land on BI development and digital implementations in the ELSB facilities. The role will report to the ELSB Global Digital Operations Manager and the ELSB Global CI Manager Lead the technical implementation of a business management platform (Team Guru) across multiple functions, geographies, and Business Lines Lead the implementation and the enhancement of business reporting -tools Support function in digitalizing processes to drive process performance Support ELSB and site teams to implement and drive more Manufacturing Innovation technologies The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid / #LI-remote

Qualifications for the role
- 10+ years experience in Continous Improvement role, with multiple sites scope
- 5+ years experience in data related topic
- Subject Matter Expert of Team Guru platform
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, and project manager with prove experience
- Proven experience in data analytics capabilities (SQL, PwBI, Python, Snowflake, Excel...)
- Fluent in English (any other language is an asset)
- Ability to travel 10-30%
