Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Individual responsible for talent development, training plan, and coaching for all levels in organization, as well as other large-scale talent-driven strategies and initiatives that impact a Business.
  • Coordinating development projects/trainings for management staff/managers and the entire organization including management of the training process and employee development (mandatory, investment, language courses, KPIs)
  • Design, implementation and follow up of employee assessment (skill matrix) for hourly population.
  • Facilitating onboarding for new employees and providing HR trainings for new hires in cooperation with TA team.
  • Broadening knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in own discipline to execute functional policy/strategy; still developing functional knowledge and skills.
  • Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  • May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined policy/parameters.
  • Job requires good interpersonal skills. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.


Required Qualifications
  • This role requires experience in the Human Resources
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/ relevant experience).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Experience in processing trainings.
  • Good level of English.
  • Polish proficiency.

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
