Job Description:

We are seeking a Point of Interconnection (POI) professional to join our team in Malaysia. The primary focus of this role will be on renewable energy projects, specifically in the field of solar and wind power. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the interconnection of renewable energy sources to the grid, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate the connection of renewable energy projects to the grid
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the interconnection process
• Provide technical expertise and support for renewable energy projects
• Conduct site visits and inspections as needed

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector
• Strong understanding of grid interconnection processes and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
