We are looking for our new GA Draftsman colleagues, who is responsible for creation of General Arrangement drawings according to customer order and fill in WorkManager DataBase with new parts drawings

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• GA drawings creation for MRO business in Europe (dimensional drawing with pneumatic sketch) according to Customer Order / Write-Up
- Create input (OPS) file used to generate the drawings (includes commercial information and technical specifications)
- Check reliability of the information in the OPS file according to the Write-Up
- Create new parts drawings in the Drawing DataBase WorkManager if needed (for new construction mainly)
- Launch ADS program which generate automatically the GA drawing using the OPS file
- If errors or missing parts on the GA drawing, modify manually the GA drawing in order to be in accordance with the Write-Up
- Store the GA drawings in WorkManager and send it to a PDF conversion batch or to the requester by email.
• Manage requests coming from emails of Outlook tasks from several parties in Europe
• To process incoming orders within lowest possible leadtime with highest possible quality rate
• Maintain and improve departmental measures (KPI)
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction
• Work systematically and professionally in a well documented manner in accordance with the company rules and procedures including adherence to trade compliance (export / import and supply chain security) regulations entirely.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Technician level education
• Software : Office / CAD system (mainly in 2D)
• Intermediate level of English
• PC literacy

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• Degree (B.Sc or M.Sc) in engineering
• Fluent English
• PC literacy
• Experience in business systems and in order processing and/or customer service
