Piper Companies is seeking a Demand Generation Manager for an established insurance company. This is a full-time/permanent position and is REMOTE, but candidates must be located on the East Coast and able to work EST. Preference for candidates who are open to occasional on-site visits (once per month if possible) in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Responsibilities:
• Manage lead nurturing and retargeting efforts
• Execute digital strategies across owned, earned, and paid media
• Develop and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email)
• Track campaign performance and optimize for conversions and lead quality
• Align with sales on MQL criteria and lead handoff process
• Build target personas and tailor messaging to key audiences
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on campaign execution
• Support lead generation through events, webinars, and sponsorships

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in demand or lead generation marketing
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Experience with tools like GA4, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar
• Proven ability to manage marketing campaigns from planning to execution

Compensation:
• Annual Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 based on experience plus bonus eligibility
