Key Responsibilities:

• Counterintelligence Evaluations: Conducts comprehensive and complex counterintelligence evaluations of agency personnel assigned to any of eight "high-risk" programs and offices, as defined in law and regulation
• Collaborate with Evaluators and Investigators: Works across divisions within headquarters and field elements to ensure coordination and collaboration of evaluator and investigative functions
• Agency-Wide Evaluations: Performs evaluations across the agency complex, including: timely conduct of Personnel Security File reviews, polygraph examinations, leads to the field, other data base reviews, and financial and psychological assessments in support of assigned CI evaluations required to resolve CI anomalies
• Case Management Software: Utilize case management software to document actions taken and results of CI evaluations
• Coordinate with Security Offices: Coordinate support from Agency Personnel Security Offices to resolve appropriate issues associated with access recommendations
• Written Recommendations: Issue written recommendations based on the outcome of the CI evaluation
• Interface with High-Risk Personnel: Interface with "high risk" program management, field Senior Counterintelligence Officers, and senior staff personnel
• Present Findings: Presents evaluation findings to CI Directorate management and other Program Managers, as necessary

• Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
• Working Hours: Standard

Qualifications:

Required:

• Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI or Q
• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years
• Understanding of CI Indicators: Financial and other complex indicators of CI interest
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels, and in an environment of fast breaking, dynamic situations
• Communication: Strong communication skills and well-developed time management and multitasking abilities

Basic Compensation:

$130,000 to $155,000 Annual Salary

This range is for the Washington, DC area only.

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
