Available Location: Alpharetta, GA

Hybrid Working: In this role, you will split your time between working at the designated company office in Alpharetta, GA for a minimum of 3 days per week and will work remotely from your home address up to 2 days per week. Any changes to these work locations must follow the appropriate process as outlined in our handbook.

What You'll Do:

As the Director of Demand Generation will lead the strategy, execution, and results of full-funnel marketing programs across Ministry Brands' core markets: Protestant, Catholic, Non-Profit, and Protection. This role is focused on building campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and support both new customer acquisition and existing customer growth.

You'll manage a focused team and own the strategy and execution of integrated demand programs across channels. The right candidate is analytical, experienced in vertical-based marketing, and skilled at building scalable, repeatable programs that turn interest into revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Leadership
  • Lead the full-funnel demand generation strategy across all verticals and go-to-market segments, including Enterprise, Headquarters, Mid-Market, and Commercial
  • Manage a team of marketers responsible for execution, campaign operations, and ongoing performance optimization
  • Build vertical-specific campaign strategies that align with segment goals, ICPs, and buyer journeys
  • Partner with Product Marketing to turn positioning into high-impact, conversion-driven campaign assets

Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Plan and run integrated campaigns across email, digital ads, SEO, webinars, events, and nurture workflows
  • Build scalable campaign frameworks that can be customized by vertical, product, or segment
  • Lead ABM campaigns targeting high-value enterprise accounts
  • Coordinate with Sales and SDRs to align campaign timing, outreach, and follow-up tactics
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to optimize HubSpot for segmentation, lead scoring, and multi-touch engagement
  • Work closely with RevOps and Digital Marketing to track funnel performance, attribution, and campaign reporting

Analytics & Performance
  • Own KPIs like MQLs, pipeline, conversion rates, and CAC
  • Analyze and report on performance, channel mix, and budget use
  • Recommend ways to boost ROI and speed up funnel velocity

Team Leadership
  • Develop and mentor a demand gen team with clear KPIs and growth paths
  • Build a culture of experimentation, accountability, and curiosity
  • Lead campaign planning sessions to align on goals and performance

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent of education and experience
  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS demand gen with a track record of hitting pipeline goals
  • Proven success leading and scaling demand gen teams
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, paid media, and ABM tools
  • Experience building campaigns by vertical, persona, and sales motion
  • Analytical mindset with a history of data-driven decisions
  • Clear communicator who drives strategy with performance insights

Physical Considerations:
  • Ability to work in a general office environment
  • Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone

Travel Considerations:
  • Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 25%
