Job Description Summary
The Supplier Quality & Facilities Leader is responsible for managing site facilities and ensuring the execution of supplier services on-site in alignment with GE's quality standards, policies, and operational goals. This role drives quality for assigned suppliers, including implementing quality plans, monitoring KPIs, and driving improvements through supplier scorecards. The individual serves as the primary interface between GE's infrastructure department, internal customers, and on-site suppliers, including maintenance, civil works, remodeling projects, cafeteria services, vending machines, warehouse operations, security, and other service providers.
The role requires a results-driven professional with expertise in project management, process improvement, troubleshooting, and team leadership. The individual must have an in-depth understanding of key business drivers and how their work integrates with other teams to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities
Act as the GE focal point for on-site suppliers and serve as the liaison between internal customers and suppliers. Ensure successful facilities management and leadership to prevent operational disruptions and build meaningful relationships with customers to sustain business operations. Assure the execution of supplier services on-site in accordance with quality standards, contracts, and GE policies. Define and monitor KPIs related to supplier services and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable laws for services provided by suppliers. Review and monitor supplier capabilities, certifications, and performance. Conduct service quality audits for suppliers and follow up on Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys with internal customers. Provide follow-up on quotations and supplier proposals. Participate in meetings, generate minutes, and track agreements to completion. Support budget generation and management for facilities and supplier services.

Required Qualifications
- Background in facilities management or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong customer orientation with demonstrated ability to connect with stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proven track record of horizontal collaboration within GE or a similar-sized organization.
- Demonstrated transparency, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.
- Strategic thinker with experience in building and implementing organizational vision and driving change.
- Strong negotiation and conciliation skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
