Strategic Contribution:

• Drive the successful achievement of design objectives for master planning projects by setting clear individual targets, ensuring alignment with the broader development vision, and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary design activities to ensure integrated, efficient workflows that align with annual business plans, policies, and master planning principles.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Build and lead a motivated, multidisciplinary design team by setting strategic priorities, managing performance, and providing continuous guidance to achieve functional and project goals.
• Foster collaboration with architects, engineers, and planners to ensure cohesive master planning design solutions that meet urban, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Budget & Cost Efficiency:

• Support budget preparation for master planning design efforts, ensuring financial efficiency across all planning and development elements.
• Monitor financial performance to proactively identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining design excellence.
• Lead value engineering exercises to optimize master planning design solutions without compromising quality or functionality.

Design & Technical Oversight:

• Develop and oversee master planning frameworks, ensuring innovative, sustainable, and efficient design solutions that align with development objectives.
• Lead the evaluation of consultants, service providers, and technical partners, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks and cost-effectiveness in line with project standards.
• Ensure thorough review and feedback on design documentation across all master planning phases, from conceptual studies through detailed design implementation.
• Implement stringent scope management techniques to align project budgets with strategic master planning goals while preserving design integrity.
• Oversee coordination between master planning disciplines, ensuring seamless integration with transportation, infrastructure, and public realm designs.
• Provide detailed reporting on design status, milestones, and planning coordination challenges, ensuring proactive resolutions.
• Uphold international standards, codes, and best practices in urban planning, sustainability, and regulatory compliance within master planning projects.
• Integrate environmental, conservation, and resilience strategies within master planning design to enhance long-term project sustainability.

Policies, Systems & Reporting:

• Implement structured workflows, policies, and procedures to maintain consistency, compliance, and efficiency within master planning design efforts.
• Prepare accurate and timely master planning design reports to support strategic decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
