In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To ensure understanding, managing and satisfying each requirement or expectation from customers or company's collaborators through remote communication or site visits;
• To take ownership of the assigned Technical and Commercial Quote-to-Order scope delivery, following the standard process; ensure the innovative and cost-effective solutions are proposed; proactively apply methodologies, resources and techniques for minimizing the execution cost, whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality; ensure collaborators are proactively informed on the status or any challenges;
• To acquire, maintain, and actively share knowledge and experience with the team and the more comprehensive organization; support on-the-job development of other Inside Sales Specialists;
• Properly manages the relationship with all involved parties

For This Role, You Will Need:

• University degree or equivalent experience;
• Proficiency in English with a second European language preferred (written and verbal) and excellent communication skills;
• Proven experience in commercial and sales support activities or in the process automation field for various industries.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
