We are seeking a motivated student to join our team as a Technical Project Management Trainee. In this role, you will assist the Project Management team and collaborate with cross-functional teams in production and supply chain to achieve mission targets. You will contribute to improvement initiatives in the assembly area, update schedules, and ensure assembly readiness to meet program requirements. This position offers exposure to the aviation industry, hands-on experience with technical project management, and the opportunity to work on the cutting-edge Catalyst turboprop engine. Flexible working hours allow you to balance work with your studies.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Management Office with various tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in production and supply chain to achieve mission targets.
• Support the development and implementation of improvement plans in the assembly area to enhance quality, reduce time, and optimize costs.
• Update assembly schedules based on shifting priorities and program requirements.
• Ensure assembly readiness, including capacity and capability, to meet program milestones.

Required Qualification:

• Active student status in a science, technical, or economic field at a university in the Czech Republic.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Czech, with daily use in communication.
• Strong technical understanding.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
