What You'll Do:

• Build rapport with homeowners and educate them on HVAC solutions
• Deliver customized, high-value proposals to customers
• Close new sales and ensure repeat business with outstanding service
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
• Be a trusted advisor and advocate for your customers

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of proven inside/outside sales experience
  (HVAC or in-home sales preferred)
• Valid California driver's license
• Strong closing skills and the ability to work independently
• Mechanically inclined with excellent communication skills
• High energy, goal-oriented, and a self-starter
• Empathy for customers and a desire to deliver real solutions
