This role will be part of the Customer Care team, responsible for sales order processing.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Order processing functions
  • Handles sales orders processing, monitor and coordinate delivery with internal functional team
  • Resolve all sales order discrepancies within department internally
  • Maintain compliances to trade, terms and conditions policies
  • Performs all tasks associated with proper and timely administration of open orders to meet contract obligations
  • Follow up on orders' delivery shipment schedules and acts as liaison person with other Customer Care functions and sales and technical team to assure timely and efficient administration of orders
  • Execute internal process and audit requirements as required from corporate

  • A team player with positive demeanor and a sense of urgency on priorities
  • Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision


For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with business contract execution process and related elements
  • Good communications and negotiation skills


Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience with business operation system (Oracle) will be an added advantage
