A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC INSTALLATION MANAGER

This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm.

As our HVAC Installation Manager, your day begins with coordinating and dispatching installation crews, ensuring that every project is meticulously planned and resourced. You adjust schedules in real time based on project demands, weather conditions, and technician availability, while serving as the primary point of contact for resolving emergent issues. Throughout the day, you monitor project progress, maintain detailed records using ServiceTitan, and collaborate closely with project managers and teams to guarantee compliance with our high standards. You also evaluate and track technician performance, productivity, and adherence to quality and safety standards, providing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement. Additionally, you assist in onboarding and training new installation team members. Your leadership and organizational skills are the backbone of our efficient operations, ensuring every installation meets client expectations and company benchmarks.
