In this role you will ensure commercial activity, administration and execution of overall third-party goods and Services Procurement activity for our European business unit during the Project Procure-to-Pay Cycle. You will also be responsible for handling purchase orders and supports the project procurement lead in handling services agreement and negotiating amendments upon project requirements, that may include commercial term negotiations, expediting, logistics, materials receiving and tracking, procurement planning and reporting.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Taking ownership of the request for quotation (RFQ) process related to goods and supports for services from the proposal phase;
• Performing bid comparison, rationalization and analysis for medium projects;
• Negotiating price, payment terms, and T&Cs in coordination with the Project Procurement Lead and legal support;
• Participating in the Supplier evaluation process and participating to the induction of new members;
• Handling and expediting Purchase Orders or subcontracts according to Procure to pay process;
• Updating internal collaborators of 3rd party goods and services or any Identified risks or status;
• Supporting Project Procurement Lead, Project Lead Buyer or Tactical buyers by backfilling on roles as required based on workload/ resource capacity limitations demand and with useful information for lessons learnt;
• Maintaining positive relationships internally with business partners and externally with suppliers;
• Actively participating in procurement, local and regional improvement initiatives
• Ensuring early engagement in all assigned proposals/pursuits and projects containing 3rd party good and services. Supports Project Procurement Lead in procurement plan implementation.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree;
• 1-3 years of validated experience in procurement or commercial domain;
• Proficiency in English language (verbal and written);
• Abilities in Oracle
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Bachelor degree in Commerce, Engineering, Business Administration;
• Knowledge of JDE or SAP;
• Knowledge of French /Spanish /Italian /German language.
