Quality documentation coordinator

We are looking for our new colleague to Quality documentation engineering team.
The team prepares the Quality Product Documentation for Piston and Electric actuators ensuring that the documents are issued or revised on time and according to the customer specifications/requirements.
They are responsible for ensuring that the Quality Product Documentation process relevant to Piston and Electric actuators is accurately followed and in compliance with Quality requirements and meet committed targets and deadlines.
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Prepare the actuator Test Procedures, Inspection Test Plans and manage and follow the appropriate documents life cycle.
- Prepare the Quality Documentation Final Book and manage and follow the appropriate documents life cycle.
- Responsible to meet the customer required deadlines and assigned goals and target
- Escalate to Management, if vital, to meet committed targets and deadlines.
- Ensure Customers happiness on Quality Product Documentation.
- Accountable for documents creation activities and other duties and responsibilities assigned.
- Drive continuous improvement and Quality culture across the organization.
WHO YOU ARE:
You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You build strong formal and informal networks. You quickly and decisively take actions in fact-changing, unpredictable situations.
FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
Technical background (high school diploma).
Good knowledge of Office Suite, in particular Excel and Word.
B2 English level.
Knowledge of Quality Assurance/Control methodology.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent Technical background.
- 2 years of related experience in Quality within a Mechanical manufacturing Company.
- Types of Inspection Documents as per EN 10204 or equivalent standard.
- Knowledge of ATEX and PED Directives.
- SAP working or another ERP system experience.
- Professional experience in Oil and Gas sector.
- Basic functional schematic and wiring diagrams reading skills.
- Basic mechanical drawing knowledge.
