Role Overview
You will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion. You'll be working alongside a talented team consisting of our Growth Marketer, Sustainability & Marketing Assistant and reporting into the Head of Marketing. Role Overview
You will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion. You'll be working alongside a talented team consisting of our Growth Marketer, Sustainability & Marketing Assistant and reporting into the Head of Marketing. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a data-driven demand generation strategy aligned with the company's business objectives
- Plan and execute demand generation campaigns that engage and attract high-intend leads
- Launch and optimize end-to-end demand generation across channels including email, paid media, webinars, events, SEO, SEA and ABM
- Measure campaign performance against revenue growth goals, provide recommendations based on key drivers to improve engagement and conversion
- Leverage tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Salesforceto launch and track campaigns
- Partner with content, sales and product marketing to ensure campaign messaging is relevant, compelling, and aligned with market needs
What we're looking for
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in demand generation in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue growth through multi-channel demand campaigns
- Deep knowledge of paid advertising, display advertising, social media, SEO and SEA.
- Strong grasp of performance marketing, marketing automation, and CRM tools(e.g. Hubspot or Salesforce)
- Experience with driving Account Based Marketing programs
- Experience working closely with sales and product marketing teams in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
