We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Solar Coordinator to support our growing solar division. In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the central point of communication between clients, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring each solar project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all phases of solar installation projects-from permitting to final inspection.
• Communicate with customers regarding timelines, documentation, and project status.
• Work closely with design, sales, and installation teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Submit and track permits with local authorities (AHJs) and utility companies.
• Ensure all required paperwork, contracts, and approvals are completed accurately and timely.
• Schedule inspections, site surveys, and installations with internal and external teams.
• Maintain and update CRM software with project progress and communication notes.
• Assist in resolving delays or challenges by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Monitor workflow and suggest process improvements for greater efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience (residential and/or commercial)
• 1+ year of experience in solar, construction, project coordination
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
• Familiarity with solar permitting processes and utility interconnection is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
