The individual in this role will be responsible for supervising the smooth implementation and completion of customer projects. The Project Controller will ensure that Project Management operations are carried out effectively and efficiently, meeting or surpassing customer requirements and adhering to project timelines.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop an expediting plan for the assigned project(s), which is based on criticality rating of the equipment in relations to the project schedule.
- Supervises Supplier's delivery progress in accordance with contractual commitment of the purchase order.
- Speed up as per Project Procurement Plan to reach project achievements and ensure timely delivery of equipment.
- Ensures the timely issuance of suborders by Supplier for raw material and/or major components.
- Works with Supplier and Project Team on a recovery plan if schedule is not being met.
- Review Inspection Test Plan (ITP) if inspections are required as per Contract, to supervise progress and verify actual order status.
- Issues expediting status/tracking reports on a regular basis.
- Liaises with Logistics to provide advance notice of impending shipments and to trace major shipments from the supplier to the job site if vital.
- Collaborate with collaborators such as Purchasing, Engineering, and QA/QC to address any commercial, technical, or quality issues that may arise.
- Track and supervise documentation progress between External and Internal Stakeholders.

- Degree or equivalent experience in Business with 2 to shown experience in EPC industry.

For This Role, You Will Need To:
- Be able to think out of the box, critical & analytical thinking, ability to ask the right question, to decipher Supplier/Vendor progress report
- Demonstrate technical ability in interpreting (but not limited to) Purchase Orders, ITP, Procurement Plan, Project Schedule and Supplier/Vendor Data Requirements.
- Have technical knowledge of materials being purchased, what is being built, manufacturing / fabrication / construction supply chain processes, and supplier base preferred.
- Demonstrates strong planning and interpersonal skills in order to interact with suppliers and shippers and co-workers in a team-based environment, balance multiple tasks and meet demanding deadlines.
- Ability to independently think through multiple alternatives, potential consequences and economic impact of decisions to resolve the best approach.
