Job Summary
As a GS Site Supervisor , you will be stationed at a project site and assume responsibility for overseeing all activities related to an industrial maintenance project. W orkforce s typically range from 25 to 350 individuals, comprising both direct hires and subcontracted workers. Your role involves ensuring mission success, compliance with company policies, procedures, systems, and industry requirements.

Your role involves ensuring mission success, compliance with company policies, procedures, systems, and industry requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site activities related to government operations and maintenance projects.
- Assume responsibility for Base Operations to manage the site professionally.
- Supervise a team of service professionals.
- Ensure compliance with established company policies, procedures, systems, and industry requirements.
- Work with Human Resources to resolve employee workplace issues.
- Work together with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professionals to address and prevent HSE issues.
- Enforce the company's Zero Harm and Courage to Care philosophy.
- Leverage understanding of budget management and financial reporting.
- Collaborate effectively with all department leads, supervisors, and managers.
- Keep direct report management informed about issues and concerns.
- Communicate effectively with your peers.
- Compile and write reports.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with USG and LOGCAP representatives through KBR Contracts
- This role entails not only the technical aspects of site supervision but also emphasizes effective collaboration, communication, and compliance with safety and company philosophies.
- Carry out any other assigned duties.
Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of directly related supervisory, management or foreman experience.
- Must have at least 5 years of overall overseas contracting or otherwise directly related experience.
- Requires f luency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) and excellent overall communication skills.
- Must u nderstand contract requirements and work effectively with contract personnel.
- Requires a solid understanding of retail fuel point operations.
- Must be k nowledgeable in Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, and Service Desk operations.
- Requires a strong understanding of subcontracts, managing subcontractors, and collaborating effectively with subcontract coordinators and administrators.
- Requires experience working with Human Resources to address employee workplace issues.
- Must have experience working with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professionals to address and prevent HSE issues.
- Must have familiarity with writing and compiling reports.
- Requires familiarity with Technical Data Packages (TDP), Scope of Work (SOW), and the Daily Service Verification Log (DSVL) processes.
- Must have a valid vehicle driver's license and maintain its validity for the duration of employment.
- Requires a valid passport with a minimum of 12 months' validity and six blank pages.
Preferred Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
- A Bachelor's degree, technical degree, or trades certification or licensure (HVAC, electric, power generation).
- Experience in construction and supervising subcontractors.
- A working knowledge of TDB Med 530, 577, and Mil-Standards 3006C is essential.
- Knowledge and comprehension of budget management and financial reporting.
