The lead Marine Engineer will supervise and oversee a team of 10 Engineers and Designers which will design marine systems incompliance with international standards and project specifications. You'll also collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and efficient solutions. Provide technical expertise and guidance on hull design, marine operations, and regulatory compliance to the project manager. Will be part of Hazid/ Hazop and Project review team as leader of Marine systems. 

You will be responsible to the Project Manager of Quality and Timely delivery of engineering deliverables; report planning slippage and propose corrective actions accordingly.

Candidate must have experience in managing team in Multicultural and multinational environment, all communications will take place in English.

 A total of 15-year experience in Maritime world is expected. Marine officer / engineer with a minimum of 10-year experience in Tankers or other experience in operation of offshore F(P)SO, engineering background or Shipyard experience are the type of profiles we are looking for.

 Previous successful Project Experience on FSO / FPSO on Contractor side would be appreciated.

This position will report to the Engineering Manager or Project Manager according project set-up. Career evolution towards Engineering manager or Project Manager is expected.
