We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential New Construction HVAC Foreman to lead our HVAC installation team in the residential construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, proven leadership abilities, and the ability to manage projects efficiently from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in residential HVAC installations.
• Proven experience in a leadership or foreman role.
  Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and regulations.
• HVAC certification and relevant licenses. ( Applicants without these items will not be contacted)
• EPA
• Gas Mech 1
• O6A Elec License or Trainee card

Essential Functions:

• Oversee and lead the HVAC installation team for new residential construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure HVAC installations align with project timelines and specifications.
• Provide on-site leadership and guidelines.
• Supervise the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new residential construction projects.
• Ensure that all HVAC systems meet industry standards, local codes, and project specifications.
• Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee the highest level of workmanship.
• Train and mentor HVAC Installers.
• Allocate work assignments and responsibilities to team members.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Communication:
• Effectively communicate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
• Provide regular project updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Safety Compliance:
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all team members adhere to safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
• Materials and Inventory Management:
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Problem Solving:
• Identify and resolve any technical or logistical issues during HVAC installations.
• Collaborate with the project team to find innovative solutions to challenges.

The selected candidate must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check (includes driving record), and drug test, as R&R Heating and A/C is a drug free workplace.

Salary Description:

$28-$40/Hourly DOE
