We are seeking a motivated and creative Analytics Co-op to join our team and contribute to the development of Tableau dashboards for one of our external-facing products. These dashboards will help airlines better understand and manage their emissions and associated costs. The ideal candidate will be an independent thinker with a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and highly functional dashboards that deliver value to our end customers. Our team enjoys working in a fast paced fun environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards to support airline emissions management.
• Collaborate with the Director of Product Management and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable dashboard designs.
• Ensure dashboards are visually appealing, user-friendly, and provide meaningful insights to end users.
• Conduct data analysis to support dashboard development and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide creative input and innovative ideas to enhance dashboard functionality and user experience.
• Assist in managing and improving data structures and pipelines to support dashboard development and data integrity.
• Work independently while maintaining open communication with the team to ensure alignment with project goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer engineering related field
• Solid understanding of Tableau through work or research
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to design dashboards that are both functional and visually appealing
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
• Strong preference for those attending Northeastern University

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with physics and/or aerospace engineering.
• Interest or experience in UI/UX design.
• Interest in data engineering, including managing data structures and pipelines.
• A "can-do" attitude and willingness to take initiative.
