What We're Looking For

Position Details

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair a variety of commercial HVAC, controls, and refrigeration systems.

• Analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs direct digital control systems at customer's location.

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment related to controls, refrigeration, HVAC, and appliance systems.

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on automated machinery to ensure optimal performance.

• Handle service calls efficiently and professionally.

• Document all work clearly, including parts used and service details.

• Deliver top-tier customer service and system education.

• Collaborate with team members to meet job timelines.

What You Bring to the Table

• 3-6+ years of commercial HVAC service experience required

• 1-4+ years of commercial refrigeration experience preferred (walk-ins, reach-ins, etc.)

• A minimum of two years' experience in HVAC control systems and/or local area network support and maintenance.

• Experience as a lead or foreman is a strong plus.

• EPA Type II certification (required)

• Valid TDLR Technician license (required)

• Strong understanding of HVAC/R principles and systems

• Professional, self-motivated, and team-oriented

• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean record
