What You'll Do Day to Day

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems with precision and care.
• Communicate findings and solutions to homeowners in a clear, professional manner.
• Work with advanced tools and technology, including ServiceTitan software (a plus if you're already familiar).

Position Overview

• Job Type: Full-time HVAC Service Technician
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with opportunity for overtime)
• Location: Riverdale, NJ - serving Morris, Passaic, and Bergen Counties
• Compensation: Up to $150,000+ annually, performance-based

What You'll Need to Succeed

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid NJ driver's license
• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and advanced HVAC knowledge
• Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, handle varied weather, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Clear communication and customer service skills

Preferred:

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan software
• Ability to service boilers
