We are seeking a seasoned residential new construction and service HVAC Operations Manager to oversee and manage our HVAC operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential HVAC, a strong leadership background, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential new construction and service HVAC projects.

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

• Manage and mentor a team of AC technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.

• Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet organizational goals.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing regulations.

• Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients in a professional manner.

• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on all HVAC projects.

• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC, with a focus on new construction and service.

• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the HVAC industry.

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and best practices.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Valid license.

• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
