About the Job:

Analyse, evaluate, monitor & report Risk information across the organisation, provide advice and support in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Fraud Risk Management (FRM) processes to enable the Company to meet its objectives and enhance performance. In addition, support in identifying risks pertaining to investments.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Risk Governance & Management
  • Contribute to the development, design, establishment of Integrated Enterprise Risk Management framework, manual, procedure, guidelines, and update to ensure latest developments.
  • Support the establishment of process of Risk Governance for periodic review of Risks across the Company including the structures for communication and escalation of existing and emerging risks to effectively manage risks.
  • Support the implementation of change strategies to embed Risk Management concepts in the day-to day management of each Division including projects & sites.
  • Conduct Qualitative and/or Quantitative Risk Analysis in collaboration with Estimation, Cost Control and/or Planning to assess uncertainty, risk, and opportunity.
  • Provide support and advice to Risk Champions and coordinate with them in carrying out activities such as planning, scheduling, and conducting selected reviews including risk analysis.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of risk management processes and suggest improvements. Proactively review, update, and implement systems for risk identification, analysis, monitoring reporting, and risk treatment.
  • Monitor mitigation actions from the Risk register to highlight the overdue actions, track implementation status and revise risk ratings based on actions implemented.
  • Contribute to the development, review, and implementation any special project or initiative at the behest of the Management.


Risk Management Documentation
  • Provide updates on Risk information in the relevant Risk Registers incorporating the feedback from KPI's, Audits, Incidents, and Surveys and follow up with mitigation plans.
  • Analyse, and periodically update the Risk Profile for the Top Risks at the Corporate, Group and Division levels.
  • Monitor KPI's and incidents to change the relevant risk and control ratings in the risk register and follow up with mitigation plans.


Risk Assurance and Reporting

Prepare Risk reports based on results from risk reviews, risk analysis and risk treatment plans for the Risk Assessments carried out across the Company

Risk Management Workshops and Awareness Training
  • Facilitate and conduct risk management workshops the Company in consultation with the Risk owners and support periodical risk review exercises to assess risk levels.
  • Promote employee awareness on ERM through awareness training workshops and coach the Risk Owners, Risk Coordinators and Action owners in Risk Management processes, tools, and techniques.


Investment Risk
  • Provide support and guidance to Project Managers and/ Investment Leads to identify and evaluate risks & controls for investments and projects in line with ERM Framework.
  • Review and update investment related risks identified for each investment decision presented to Investment Committee for approval.
  • Contribute to the development, review, and implementation any special project or initiative at the behest of the Management.


Fraud Risk Management (FRM)
  • Contribute to the development of the FRM system design, its framework, manual and register required to conduct fraud risk assessment.
  • Conduct fraud risk assessment to ensure that the fraud scenarios and risks are identified, assessed, evaluated and appropriate mitigation plans are identified to keep the residual risks at the acceptable levels (internally or with externals).


Risk Management Application Administration
  • Provide timely and accurate inputs into the Risk modules of Audit System to ensure integrity of data and facilitate decision making.
  • Receive end user complaints and coordinate with IT to resolve bugs or escalate them to seek Vendor support.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or any other relevant professional qualification with a Professional certificate in Risk Management
  • At least 6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in risk management, including exposure to the Oil and Gas industry
